Avocado Greek Yogurt Dip
Tools Needed
1 cutting board
1 chef’s knife
1 small bowl
1 small metal spoon
1 fork
1 hand juicer
1 can opener
1 set measuring spoons
1 set dry measuring cups
Ingredients
1 large ripe avocado
1 1/2 Tbsp cilantro
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice (1 lime)
1 can (4 oz) mild chopped green chile
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Steps
Cut avocado in half and scoop both halves into a small bowl. With the fork, mash avocado until smooth.
Mince cilantro and add to small bowl. Juice lime with hand juicer and add 1 Tbsp juice to small bowl.
Open the can of green chile and drain. Add to small bowl.
Add yogurt, cumin, garlic powder, and garlic salt to bowl. Mix together until combined.
Cover and set aside until ready to eat. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies such as cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, or carrot sticks.
