Smoothies Three Ways

Tools

  • 1 cutting board

  • 1 chef’s knife

  • 1 set dry measuring cups

  • 1 liquid measuring cup

  • 1 blender

  • cups for serving

Ingredients
Strawberry, Banana, Pineapple

  • 1 banana

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, stems removed

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 1 cup ice

Green

  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves

  • 1 banana

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter)

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 1 to 2 cups ice

Orange-Pineapple

  • 4 mandarin oranges or 2 oranges, peeled

  • 1 small pineapple, chopped

  • 1 to 2 cups ice


Steps

  1. Place all items in a blender and mix until blended. Serve immediately.
