Smoothies Three Ways

1 set dry measuring cups
1 liquid measuring cup
1 blender
cups for serving
Ingredients
Strawberry, Banana, Pineapple
1 banana
1 pint fresh strawberries, stems removed
1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup ice
Green
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 banana
1 Tbsp peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1 to 2 cups ice
Orange-Pineapple
4 mandarin oranges or 2 oranges, peeled
1 small pineapple, chopped
1 to 2 cups ice
Steps
Place all items in a blender and mix until blended. Serve immediately.
